This integration ensures efficient automation of order management, product inventory, and shipping.

Setting up the Shopify integration involves a few key steps:

1. Setup: We use the pre-built connection between the WMS and Shopify to ensure seamless integration. For this, we need the username and password of a Shopify user with admin privileges.

2. Installation: We install the WMS App within Shopify and handle the integration of the Shopify store with the WMS fulfillment account.

3. Importing Products: Products are then imported directly from Shopify into the WMS, including photos and current stock levels if desired. However, we recommend making the stock levels from the WMS the primary source.

What does the integration between Shopify and the WMS do?

• Automatic Import: New orders from Shopify are imported directly and automatically into the WMS.

• Shipping & Inventory Management: Orders shipped by us are automatically marked as shipped in Shopify with real-time updates of tracking codes. Inventory changes in the WMS are also updated in real time in Shopify.

• Locations & Warehouses: The WMS manages a single Shopify location, which can be configured in the webshop settings within the WMS.
