We have a close-knit, flat organizational culture where everyone can thrive. We place a high priority on ownership and personal development. We work every day to build a strong core team and prefer to work with team members who are directly employed by us. We have lunch together every day and hold regular LEAN stand-ups with the entire team. This allows us to learn from each other every day so we can support our customers as effectively as possible.

CSR & Sustainability.
Although, as a service-oriented company, we are less concerned with carbon footprints —compared to, say, a manufacturing company— we believe it is important to minimize our carbon footprint. For example, we strive for high packaging density in our parcels so that we keep the amount of “air” we ship to a minimum. We also limit the use of packing materials. We source our packaging from suppliers whose product ranges consist exclusively of recycled and GOTS-certified materials.
Furthermore, we work exclusively with delivery partners who report their CO2 emissions and demonstrate initiatives to minimize them.

Several of our clients are B Corp-certified. Our business operations meet B Corp’s requirements, and each year we provide data to our clients to demonstrate our accountability to B Corp.

Collaboration with the sheltered workshop.
As a fulfillment partner and logistics service provider, we regularly handle repetitive repackaging and packaging tasks for certain promotional campaigns run by our clients. We believe it is important to give people who are distanced from the labor market the opportunity to experience what logistics entails, so they can develop their skills in their own way. To this end, we collaborate with a sheltered workshop.
