Replenishment is a crucial aspect of the efficient operation of our warehouse. By utilizing replenishment, we link bulk inventory and picking inventory in a way that allows us to make optimal use of the available stock.

We view the efficient management of your inventory as one of the most critical components of the logistics process. The system allows us to distinguish between bulk and picking locations. This means we can store bulk inventory in a separate area of the warehouse, while keeping picking inventory in a different location, ready for quick selection and shipment.

The WMS gives priority to the picking inventory. However, if there isn’t enough pick stock available, we can easily retrieve the necessary stock from the bulk locations, ensuring your customers receive what they ordered without delay.
