Knowledge & Insight
Every customer has unique shipping needs.
Cross-border multichannel fulfillment naturally involves a variety of transportation needs. On the one hand, we prioritize a strong, robust, and high-quality fulfillment process so that we can provide you with comprehensive in-house service. On the other hand, we consider this just as important for the aspects we no longer handle in-house and therefore outsource to our distribution partners.

Knowledge & Insights
Delivery partners for B2C and B2B customers.
We do not handle the delivery of packages and pallets ourselves, and our service does not end the moment a package or pallet leaves our warehouse. No, our distribution partners are an extension of our service for the parts we no longer manage in-house.
The key factors we consider when determining our carrier portfolio are: performance, transit time, and price. We regularly evaluate our distribution partners based on these criteria.
What transportation needs arise from cross-border multichannel fulfillment, and what services does VASCO offer? We’ll break it down for you.

knowledge & insight
B2C logistics – worldwide.
Suitable for businesses that ship directly to consumers via an online store or marketplace. These are often orders consisting of one or more line items that can be packed into a single package, ranging from letter-sized parcels to larger shipping boxes.
Depending on the destination and your shipping preferences—the Netherlands, the rest of the EU, or the Rest of the World (ROW )—we hand over the packages to our shipping partners. B2C logistics is characterized by competitive pricing, a dense distribution network, and short turnaround times.
Worldwide shipping: 1–3 days, depending on the destination.

Knowledge & Insight
B2B logistics – worldwide.
Suitable for businesses that deliver to retail chain warehouses, wholesalers (B2B dealers), or a select number of B2B addresses.
Depending on the order composition, the type of address, and the order frequency, these orders are shipped in multiple packages (multicollo) or on pallets.
These are often orders with multiple order lines and a large number of items per line. The tipping point at which it ultimately makes more sense to ship an order on a pallet rather than as multiple packages varies and depends on a number of factors. That is why we offer both options.
Our B2B delivery network has global coverage.
