How does the fulfillment portal work?

The fulfillment portal gives you access to real-time information and provides you with complete control over all your products and orders. As soon as you log in, you can view and edit every aspect of your products and orders—from the product code, name, barcode, customs information, current inventory, and inventory value to the attached images.

In addition, you can track your entire inventory history. The portal provides real-time access to all information about orders, whether they were entered manually in the portal or via webshop integrations and APIs.
You can add new products, edit existing product details, create new orders, update address information, and duplicate, pause, or cancel orders.

In addition to managing products and orders, you can view a summary of processed returns, add and edit purchase orders, and manage your own address book.
