The WooCommerce integration ensures that:

• New orders in WooCommerce are imported directly into the WMS.
• Completed orders are automatically marked as such in WooCommerce after they are marked as shipped in the WMS.
• Stock changes are updated in real time in WooCommerce.
• Products from WooCommerce, including photos and current stock levels, are imported into the WMS.

To establish this connection, you need to configure the appropriate settings in both WooCommerce and the WMS. The process involves enabling SSL and generating an API key in WooCommerce, and then entering the relevant information in the WMS settings.

Product Import

Once the integration is activated, WooCommerce products are automatically imported into the WMS. The system imports various product attributes, including product code, name, dimensions, weight, price, and barcode.

In addition, the integration ensures that webhooks are registered in the WooCommerce environment, allowing the WMS to import new orders in real time. These orders are imported immediately, ensuring smooth order processing.

Finally, the WMS marks the order as "complete" in WooCommerce as soon as all shipping information is sent.
