The Lean methodology is a management philosophy focused on eliminating waste and optimizing processes. We also apply this methodology in our warehouse to improve performance and reduce costs.

Lean is based on five key principles: value, value stream, flow, pull, and perfection. Lean also offers various tools and techniques that help us implement the Lean methodology in our warehouse on a daily basis, such as 5S, Kaizen, and JIT (Just-in-Time).

Implementing Lean is not a one-time effort, but an ongoing process of improvement. By regularly reviewing our progress with our entire team and making adjustments where necessary, we ensure that our processes become increasingly efficient and that waste is kept to a minimum.
