How does onboarding work?
The onboarding process at VASCO consists of 11 steps. These steps are necessary to ensure a successful partnership and to guarantee that all required information and product data are provided correctly.
The goal is to go live as efficiently as possible and to begin shipping orders without errors, while closely monitoring the process and communicating promptly in the event of any issues. By following these steps, we will begin the partnership in an efficient and smooth manner, which will lead to satisfied customers and successful order processing.
Summary of the VASCO onboarding process:
1. Introduction and explanation of the onboarding process
2. Establishing collaboration agreements and terms and conditions
3. Inventory of products and stock
4. Setting up company logo & template for email notifications and packing slips
5. Submission of product data
6. Configuration of assembled items (if applicable)
7. Integration with WMS software
8. Access to the fulfillment portal with username and password
9. Scheduling the delivery of initial stock
10. Creating purchase orders in the fulfillment portal or importing them from your own ERP system
11. Going live and starting to ship orders
