We maintain our own stock of packaging materials, which allows us to package virtually any order configuration. Our packaging materials include not only shipping boxes but also cushioning and sealing materials.

Packing and preparing your orders for shipment is part of our fulfillment process. Our employees are trained to use the right type of shipping box and to use packing material only where necessary. We don’t want to ship unnecessary “air” and strive for high packing density.
Our standard packaging method allows for additional packaging requests from you. For example, we can wrap the products in tissue paper, include a marketing insert, or add promotional items or samples. This is how we add a personal touch to your orders.

Do you have your own custom-printed packaging?
We will then take over that inventory from you and use it for the order fulfillment processes for which it is suitable. In some cases, certain product characteristics may mean that standard packaging is not sufficient. As a result, the package may be subject to a surcharge at our distribution partners’ sorting centers, or it may be at risk of damage. In such situations, we’d be happy to work with you to determine the packaging requirements for those specific products, so we can request a custom design from one of our packaging material suppliers.
