How do product fields work?

Filling out product fields correctly is crucial for efficient order processing. We understand that product information isn’t always static. Sometimes you need additional fields to capture unique product details. If this is the case, we can help you add product fields so you can seamlessly store all the necessary (logistical) information about your product.

Why do all product fields need to match across the relevant systems?

Filling out these product fields can have a direct impact on various aspects of your business operations, including order processing. It is the details entered in the product fields that ensure each order is processed accurately. When connecting to your online store, ERP, PIM, or other sales system, we can import the product fields that are already available.

It is also possible to populate the product fields with the correct data using an import file, so that incoming orders can be matched during order processing.
