CCV Shop

This integration imports new orders from CCV to the WMS in real time, allowing us to process them quickly. Shipped orders are automatically marked in CCV, ensuring that your records are always up to date.

Inventory and product synchronization for the CCV shop integration:

In addition, the integration provides real-time updates of inventory changes in CCV whenever a change is made in the WMS. The integration also imports the products, including photos and current inventory levels. (*We recommend using the inventory levels from the WMS as the primary source.)

The steps to follow are as follows:

1. Make sure all your products have a unique "item number" entered in CCV Shop to ensure smooth communication between the two systems.

2. We install the WMS app from the CCV Shop App Store.

3. Then the installation will start, and we’ll enter the subdomain of your fulfillment account.

4. Your webshop is now connected, but don’t worry—the connection is in a secure test mode. You can get started and test whether everything works as intended.

5. If everything is working correctly, we will then change the option "Send stock changes to webshop" to "Yes" in the WMS.

6. Finally, the WMS will import all products that are not yet in the WMS. Depending on the number of products in the webshop, this may take several hours the first time.
