• Minimum dimensions: 11.2 x 14.5 cm
• Maximum belt circumference: 300 cm (1x length + 2x width + 2x height)
• Maximum length: 150 cm

Surcharges for domestic packages (Belgium)

Exceeding the maximum weight

• 30–40 kg: €51.98 per package
• >40 kg: €64.92 per package

Exceeding the maximum L/W ratio

Surcharge per package: €57.57 if:

• The longest side is longer than 150 cm
• The waist circumference is greater than 300 cm

Manual processing

Surcharge per package: €2.70. Applies if:

• The maximum dimensions of 100x70x60 have been exceeded
• The maximum length of the shortest side is greater than 60 cm
• The maximum weight of 20 kg has been exceeded
