The Audit Log in the WMS ensures that all activities relevant to information security are recorded in detail. From updating address information to exporting customer data or changing login credentials, everything is carefully logged.

For you as a customer, this means an extra layer of security and control. You can continuously monitor the security of the information and conduct a thorough investigation if you suspect any misuse. This provides the reassuring assurance that the information remains secure and under control.

The Audit Log view provides a clear overview of all events and their details. We can even filter by event, user, API key, and dates, giving you in-depth insight into the security of your information and helping us identify and address potential issues.

Every event in the Audit Log has an initiator, whether it’s a user, an API key, or WMS Support. This helps us maintain an overview and retain full control over the information.
