At VASCO, we are looking for a hands-on team leader who can keep the logistics process running smoothly and help improve it. In this role, you will manage the team on the shop floor and be responsible for ensuring that online orders are processed flawlessly.

What are you going to do?
As a hands-on foreman or forewoman, you will lead the team working in two shifts and ensure that everything runs efficiently and smoothly. You keep a cool head, even under time pressure, and maintain order and calm on the shop floor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage, motivate, and supervise your team during the picking, packing, and shipping process
- Working on the shop floor: you know what’s going on and lead by example
- Ensuring an efficient order-picking process and verifying correct processing through barcode scanning
- Delegating tasks, setting priorities, and making adjustments as needed
- Reconciling shipments and pre-notifying carriers via the WMS
- Inspection of proper truck loading
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the process
- Daily maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse

Who are you?
- You have at least a high school diploma, preferably with a background in logistics
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar (management) logistics role
- You have excellent spoken and written Dutch; basic English is a plus
- You are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
- You have experience with WMS software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)

- Working hours in rotating shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM / 2:00 PM–11:30 PM)
