We are looking for a new, enthusiastic team member for our customer service team in Ridderkerk! In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between customers, the shop floor, the warehouse manager, and the administrative team.

What are you going to do?
You’ll be working at our brand-new office in Ridderkerk, right next to the production floor. You’ll keep track of everything and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This includes:
- Contact with our online store owners regarding ongoing matters
- Close collaboration with team leaders from the Receiving and Shipping departments
- Identifying and resolving operational issues in the fulfillment process
- Contacting carriers regarding shipments, discrepancies, or rush deliveries
- Handling customer complaints, claims, and special requests
- Contributing ideas for improvements in processes and customer communication

- You have experience with MS Office and are a quick learner when it comes to new systems

- Vocational high school (MBO) level of work and thinking
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
- You are enthusiastic, able to handle stress, and detail-oriented
- You can switch quickly and easily between different tasks

What does VASCO have to offer you?
