Is T&T data forwarded automatically?
Once we have processed an order and created the shipment, we can automatically forward the track & trace page to your system via the API (Application Programming Interface) of our warehouse management system, Picqer.
If you use an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, Magento, etc., for order and shipment management, we automatically forward this data via the plug-and-play integration. This then triggers the shipment notification email, provided you have set this up in your backend. As a result, your customer automatically receives an email containing shipment information and tracking details.
If you use an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, you can retrieve this information from our system via a call using the Picqer API .
