Everything you need to know about how automation rules work.

Automation rules: Ensuring quality.

To ensure the quality of our operations, we use automation rules to automate our recurring tasks. With a well-functioning system, we maintain control over our warehouse and can scale up quickly while minimizing waste.

This feature is designed for every type of fulfillment client, regardless of size, allowing you to grow effortlessly. Depending on your needs, the WMS offers various automations across different parts of the logistics process, including inventory management, packing & shipping, product management, and multi-channel order management.

Fewer errors and increased scalability.

By using automation rules, we reduce error-prone manual work and enable more efficient workflows. One example is the ability to automatically select a shipping method or schedule picking lists, thereby distributing the workload among warehouse staff based on cutoff and pickup times.

In addition, specific tasks can be automatically assigned to specific users for each new order or picking list, allowing us to automatically assign specialized B2B tasks to specialized colleagues.

This feature also allows you to assign special shipping methods or select a specific employee when certain products are on the list. In addition, pick lists can be marked as "urgent" or postponed, depending on the customer's delivery date.

This allows us to create an infinite number of combinations, enabling us to anticipate the specific needs within the logistics process.
